Welcome... Hey beautiful soul!! I am Maria and I am so glad you are here!! I am passionate about moving on and off the mat and all around the world! I offer Yoga classes in English and Greek to students of all ages and abilities who want to move from the heart, beyond exercise, fostering gratitude and love, exploring spiritual connection and creative expression in their practice. My Yoga classes include Hatha, Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin  and Sup Yoga. I am a pure islander, adventurer and nature lover, thus I hold classes outdoor whenever is possible.  Yoga is part of my Life since 2014. I completed my YTTC 200h multi-style training with ULU YOGA in Koh Phangan, Thailand. I will always be a student of practice and I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
