Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1 cup carrot juice or cut 1-2 carrots into cubes
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 cup ice cubes

Notes
For a creamy and nutty smoothie, add ½ cup walnuts, almonds or cashews.
You can add more ice if you like a thicker smoothie.
